Our Italian son-in-law has milky coffee with ciambella (cake made in a ring tin) dunked in it for breakfast. He & my daughter now live in Australia and we were very amused to discover that breakfast is still the Italian milky coffee but with Australia's Arnotts Scotch Fingers and Milk Coffee biscuits in place of the ciambella....
